Beetboxx Lentil & Beetroot Fusilli

Beetboxx™ Lentil & Beetroot Fusilli is a gluten-free pasta made with only two ingredients: lentils and beets. The beetroot gives it a deep ruby colour that brightens any dish, and each serving delivers 19g of protein and a very high source of fibre.

Where to Find It

Beetboxx comes in a 1kg box and is available at Costco on the East and West Coasts starting January 2027.

How to Cook

1. Bring 1L of water to a boil for every 85g (¾ cup) of pasta. Add a pinch of salt.
2. Add the pasta to the boiling water and keep it at a slow boil for about 8–10 minutes.
3. Drain and serve to your taste.
