Ingredients
- 1.5 cups green chickpeas
- 1 medium potato (cubed)
- 1 tbsp oil
- ½ tsp mustard seeds
- ½ tsp turmeric
- ½ tsp ground cumin or garam masala
- Salt & chopped cilantro
Instructions
- Boil or steam potatoes and green chickpeas until just tender.
- Heat oil, add mustard seeds until they pop.
- Add turmeric, potatoes, green chickpeas, and spices.
- Sauté for a few minutes. Garnish with cilantro. Serve with flatbread or rice.
