- Salt & pepper
- Chili flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add garlic, sauté for 30 seconds.
- Add green chickpeas and sauté for 4-5 minutes until slightly browned.
- Season with salt, pepper, lemon zest, and juice.
- Optional: Sprinkle with chili flakes for a kick. Serve warm.
