  • ½ cup cooked green chickpeas (cooled)
  • 1 small frozen banana
  • ½ cup frozen mango or pineapple chunks
  • 1 handful spinach or kale (optional for extra greens)
  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt or a dairy-free alternative
  • ½-¾ cup cold coconut water, almond milk, or oat milk
  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional, to taste)
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds or hemp seeds (optional for added fiber/protein)

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender.
