Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Thoroughly pat the thawed edamame dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.
  3. In a bowl, toss edamame with olive oil and all seasonings until evenly coated.
  4. Spread edamame in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  5. Roast for 20-25 minutes, shaking the pan halfway through for even browning.
  6. Let cool completely - the edamame will become crispier as it cools.
  7. Enjoy as a snack or use as a crunchy salad topper.
