- 1½ cups shelled edamame (thawed and patted dry)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Paprika to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Thoroughly pat the thawed edamame dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.
- In a bowl, toss edamame with olive oil and all seasonings until evenly coated.
- Spread edamame in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Roast for 20-25 minutes, shaking the pan halfway through for even browning.
- Let cool completely - the edamame will become crispier as it cools.
