Edamame Fried Rice

A protein-packed twist on classic fried rice featuring shelled edamame, vegetables, and optional egg. Perfect for using leftover rice!

Instructions

  1. Heat sesame oil in a pan. Sauté veggies until soft.
  2. Push veggies to the side, scramble eggs (if using).
  3. Add rice and edamame. Stir-fry until hot.
  4. Add soy sauce. Mix well and top with green onion.
