Garlic Soy Edamame

A classic Japanese-inspired appetizer with edamame pods tossed in garlic, sesame oil, and soy sauce. Perfect for sharing!

Instructions

  1. Boil or microwave edamame pods for 4-5 minutes. Drain and pat dry.
  2. In a pan, heat sesame oil. Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
  3. Add edamame, stir-fry 2-3 minutes.
  4. Drizzle in soy sauce, toss well. Top with sesame seeds and chili flakes.
  5. Serve warm — suck the seasoning off the pods and discard the shells.
