
Garlic Soy Edamame
A classic Japanese-inspired appetizer with edamame pods tossed in garlic, sesame oil, and soy sauce. Perfect for sharing!

Ingredients
- 2 cups frozen edamame in pods
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 garlic cloves (minced)
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp toasted sesame seeds (optional)
- Chili flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Boil or microwave edamame pods for 4-5 minutes. Drain and pat dry.
- In a pan, heat sesame oil. Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
- Add edamame, stir-fry 2-3 minutes.
- Drizzle in soy sauce, toss well. Top with sesame seeds and chili flakes.
- Serve warm — suck the seasoning off the pods and discard the shells.
